Darley joined Maverick Collective in 2019 to co-lead Maverick Next, a groundbreaking program empowering the next generation of women philanthropic changemakers. She expanded her role to become the Experience Architect, shaping and solidifying the Collective’s experiential philanthropy approach and strategically designing the Member and community experience. Her unique ability to connect ideas, people, and purpose while curating transformative journeys continues to drive impactful change across the Collective and beyond.

In her current role as Managing Partner, Darley applies her deep knowledge in business operations to drive efficiency and foster innovation across all initiatives. Her creative vision and expertise in turning bold ideas into reality leave a lasting impression on individuals and communities alike.

Darley began her career in journalism, honing her storytelling and producing skills at ABC News. She then transitioned into advancing public and international programs through roles with the United Nations, the USDA, and the United Nations Foundation. Additionally, her time in the private sector as a director of marketing for the global hospitality brand Park Hyatt provided her with valuable insights into the luxury market and the nuanced needs of global businesses. These experiences enriched her ability to blend creativity with business strategy, navigating complex public-private partnerships and understanding the importance of building authentic connections with target audiences.

In her spare time, Darley channels her creativity into hands-on projects—working on her garden or at a hardware store, crafting her next art project using unexpected materials—or finding her zen at the archery range.
